Awww you guys remind me of my husband and I. We moved into our newbuild 5 months ago and we ran about the house saying oh the bathroom tiles do go ok with the flooring, we did pick well after all. The garden is bigger than we thought. Oh look we didnt expect this and that and ooooh ! Lol. Enjoy your new house. I've had great fun making ours a home. No they are not, they are 10% overpriced with a new build premium and poorly built, only in UK is it normal and expected to have a snagging list on a £250,000 house, you even get 7 days from the builder to tell them how crap they are, ridiculous, trouble is youngsters want it all in one package and dont buy resale as they would have to do some work in making it to their taste.
