Yet another interesting and profound topic. It is clear and not confusing. It is that i can't fully grasp the idea of self and not self. Need time to digest the idea.
This is the third video I've watched (so far) on the five aggregates; I'm still watching, right now, and I plan to study more and meditate before I'm satisfied 😌
