As you need to be aware if not already aware , after the 2008 economic rash most of the population of people over 40 needing a job after having their savings and pensions wiped out had to go back to work and start over - but they refused and blocked from entering the job market - skilled, talented, experienced, and law-abiding, sober, joyful and peaceful citizens, Companies since then and to this day will only hire young ‘recent” college graduates in their 20’s and 30’s, giving them fat salaries and fully paid health benefits, free lunches, and gym discounts. All people over 40 needing jobs since the 2008 economic crash lost not only their homes and savings, but their families, their friends, and their health as a result of this perverted age discrimination. Abrom B. a wonderful kind man, a native New Yorker, who has had for many years been a corporate sales person, as well as being a talented drummer in old time Jazz bands -- Abrom went homeless this past week from long term age discrimination in the job market which he had been experiencing since the 2008 crash and this age discrimination has been the form of genocide across major American cities. The long-term unemployment had made him ill, and he recovered, then his elderly parents became ill so he moved in with them and took care of them, but they passed on. Abrom then had no place to live and still no job, and still no one who would hire him due to him being over the age of 40, even though he had great experience and skills - he had acquired a few short-term low-paying high-turnover temporary jobs over the years but nothing that would keep a roof over. After his parents died, he had no choice but to move in with a friend from distant high school years who was a drug addict. Abrom lived with his friend for five years, in a dirty apartment with roaches and rats, while he continued to look for a job while also being held back by the bureaucracy of the social service (Welfare) system in New York City that to this day has done nothing for him to get on his feet, and get a roof over his head, an environment of oppression and cruelty. Abrom can no longer stay with his drug addict friend who was finally evicted from his apartment due to nonpayment of rent. Abrom B is and has been a devoted Christian whose father was Jewish and his mother Catholic. Abrom grew up in Brooklyn and his passion was old time big band jazz music - Since the 2008 crash he has cried himself to sleep because no church or synogue or Christian who is in a position to help has been willing to see his worth and value enough to do so., and give him a steady decent paying job so he could earn his own bread and keep a roof over his head and food on the table simply because of the fact that he is over 40 years old. The churches in America ask for our tithes, and they teach people to live not for rich and fame but to live for each other, and in peace, work and earn your own bread- but when one does so, also like Abrom did and so many Americans have - they were not protected when they fell down during the economic crash, and they were not lifted up, and they were left to die by their families, friends, and their priests and pastors and the churches and communities in America. Churches and charitable organizations bring our tithes into other countries to help others in building wells for water, and build hospitals, and schools etc. but they have absolutely no time or resources for their neighbor and member of the community and church. Instead, they direct them to a demonic -barren resource that have no love or any real substance such as the social service system that only enslaves people, which are experienced by the needy as a kind of hell on earth. Why are your own neighbors and children in your own nation and cities neglected pastors and churches? The Pastors still stand behind the pulpit crying about abortion being murder - yet, the murder of an entire demographic of talented, law-abiding, sober, skilled and experienced, willing and able to work Americans over 40 - we don’t hear anything about their destruction through age discrimination. Pastors will burn in hell for allowing this genocide to continue - every leader of every church in America should be addressing this issue now - they should also be preaching to every employment agency, every hiring manager, every corporate leader, and every recruiter that there is blood upon their hands in regard to this age discrimination, because it is a planned and calculated murder or innocent people who have done no one wrong except to reach past the age of 40 - Reaching past the age of 40 is not a crime or a sin - in fact a person over 40 in most cases has wisdom to share that the younger generation needs to be around, especially in the work place and in the family. Since the 2008 economic crash many Americans over 40 years of age since then have become prematurely mentally and/or physically ill, or have prematurely died, many have lost their families both spouse,chdidren,and elderly parents, and lost their purpose and place within their communities and this is murder in the eyes of God. Stop allowing these murder churches of America.
