Hi there 🙋♂️ if it wasn't for your video, i would have had no idea what to do. As a very small youtuber, i met the threshold for monetising my content. I submitted all necessary documents, but the one they needed for me to get paid was a certificate of residence. I followed your every step on how to apply. I finally got my Certificate of Fiscal Residence after 5 weeks of applying. I had no issues uploading that document in Google Adsense. Hello, New subscriber here - I'm a relatively new RU-vidr (summer 2023) and under the 'Earning' section it displays 'submit tax info' and I've no idea what to do. I'm a housewife, with no income and I have built up a small amount of money on YT that I can't access. I did find this video helpful, but if I'm honest I'm still confused. I watched your first video on this topic which lead me to this video. I'm assuming I still have to go through the same procedures you showed on this video in order to access the money I've earned on YT? Any help or advise would be gratefully received 🙏👍

Useful but it is going to be fun if they want information such as a driving license (don't drive), hopefully they will be happy with a bank statement (but even those are getting scarce as people move online). A lot of questions that will throw a lot of people just to get this YT / Ireland tax sorted out, such as the article 3 as well as other details. Somehow, I think I may just end up not doing any more youtube videos as it is hardly worth it for the minimal income received
Try not to get discouraged. I will share more details once I hear back from the decision. The Bank allows you to download statements if you login to the bank website instead of the mobile app and maybe try your passport if you dont have a drivers license?
@@ZulfTalks I think the online bank statements will have to do along with passports, be interesting to see if this accepted. Still got to sort out the residency form, put a few questions up on the forum on that as some of the text on their website is truly baffling such as one of the last ones on the tax provisions, no idea if Yes or No on that one
For youtubers that don't have like a corporation, should work with ID picture, and for TIN use the ID number like they did for USA. RU-vid say no Passports, but other residence proof could be birth certificate, italy say even a house bill that's on your name. Also your adsense home address and your name should match the document you are sending. If you legaly paying taxes in UK should be no problem to get that certificate of residency from HMRC. But I doubt any startup youtuber or small channel that barely gets the treshold are paying taxes right from the start in home country.
