This is a rock formation on the lower slope of Big Round Too. It is something around 50-75 yards (West) from Confederate avenue. At the parking lot across from the stairs for the trail up Big Round Top. If you face into the woods from the parking lot, it is to the right and forward. There's a much smaller rock formation just off the road to your left. Follow the trails and one or two should veer a little right. It's very tall but I did not see it until I was close.
Like any video, you have to see it yourself.
If you're going to visit this area, bring a friend and a phone and be careful. Very few people seem to visit the secluded rocky areas and there are quite a few places you can fall or get stuck. It's unclear what view this terrain offered during the battle towards Devil's Den or Little Round Top. Probably better than it is now as the forest may be thicker. The video ends looking towards Devil's Den.
I found it using the book "Devil's Den A History and Guide." By Garry Adelman
