Not bad. If I may be so bold as to give a little suggestion. The ending was a wee bit abrupt if you want that emotional punch drag it out a bit more like have the ambulance doors close then go into a little bit of what your character is thinking the situations going through her mind.
Part 2 where car accident causes the listener too lose his one leg and his on hospital feeling useless and burden for everyone (I'm not what you think i am)
