Clement if he says he has boys who are dedicated but are not ready, he means of course the boys may be eager to play but to him he feels they might not be ready yet because probably they haven’t gotten a level where he can use them to play the national team. So then the boys are dedicated and want to play for Ghana but they are not ready for the national team yet. Nothing contradictory here.
