After 2ne1 disbanded I told myself that I will never love again the way I loved and support 2ne1 back then. But just 5 days ago, I found myself stuck here on youtube watching every videos about G-Friend. They may have different genre of music from 2ne1 but the feels and happiness it gives me when they are performing are the same. Hard work paid off, 2015 they r wearing plain skirt and matching t-shirt. But now they r wearing best dresses. They look like a princess. And take note they Debuted from small entertainment. When I was still new to kpop, new to gfriend, I randomly found this video... I was amazed by their whole performance, yuju's vocal, yerin's enthusiasm, sinb's unique voice, umji's cute soft baby like arua, eunha's vocals and ofc the choreo too. The most valueable thing you have to remember is "just do your best and just entertain the audiences with your skills". Even though you're not won, it doesn't mean that your performances is bad. Everything returned to the tastes of audiences, because everyone has different tastes. At least, they had managed and showed it spectaculary. Also, they were stole the attention of god's member. In my opinion I think the first few years after GFRIEND debuted Yuju really carried the grp in terms of like vocals and shined however because of that I think she really overused her voice and I think it’s great how much the other members improved now and Yuju can rest now even though I really miss her high notes😊

some even called yuju is the golden member of GFRIEND/the ace of the group. yuju being my bias, i always expect yujus highnotes, i dont hate the other members highnotes but actually inlove by them but the way yuju does it for almost all their title tracks, she basically is the trademarks of their songs. as much as i want her to do lots of highnotes, i also want her to have much rest to recover. i am willing to wait just to hear yujus highnotes again.

I’M A NEW FAN! And I can really say, Yuju will always be above any other main vocal of today’s gg, I swear! Her voice is very versatile. May it be sweet, cute, fierce, pop, or ballad. Yuju can actually pull it off!!! I stan snsd for a very long time, and I’ve been looking for a new gg to stan that can be as amazing as snsd and I’m glad I found Gfriend. I wasn't expecting much from them because its Immortal Songs (regular viewers will understand what I meant). I actually enjoy this performance especially Yuju's vocal. Their performance as a group is bubbly and interesting to watch. Goosebumps at Yuju's solo part and the climax. No doubt is one of my fav rookies ♥

Well I'm a regular viewer and practically every performance I've seen of great... I think I get what you mean though, they usually get a rookie group (it's usually boys for some reason) and they're a bit shit however I thought gfriend's performance was great

This is more like what being an idol is. It's not all about vocal or dancing abilities. GFRIEND doesn't have the best singers or dancers but they put everything into each performance and is willing to be themselves during the process. Truly charmed the audience and put a smile on their face.

magamo zoku I meant GFRIEND overall as in all 6 members. The only thing about their dancing is that they are in synch but Sowon is actually pretty weak at dancing. Most of them can hold a note but only Yuju and Eunha can manage difficult songs. Most of them have breathing and control problems. Being on of the "best" is pretty objective. But they adapt their styles to fit the song in their own style which I admire. They are a good rookie group but of course they will only improve from here to become one of the best.

BabyKyuKyuLove sorry, but I'm not trying to be a grammar nazi or english nazi, but if you meant is as a group, it shouldve been,"They *are not* the best singers and dancers." instead of,"They dont have the best singers or dancers." And when I say average dancing skills, I meant Gfriend as a group. None of them are the best dancer as an individual, but as a group, they are synchronize which added the points of their dance, also the fact that their choreography is tiring so not everybody have the ability to dance to it perfectly. This two aspects added the point of their dance skills as a group, thus making them become one of the best group in dancing. And I didnt say that they're the best as in the very top, I said that they're one of the best which mean that they're very good that they can be considered as a role model for those in the same career

BabyKyuKyuLove and when I said that they have one of the best singers, I was talking about Yuju as an individual, and not Gfriend as a group. Yuju, as a vocalist have a great talent in singing, with wide vocal range, able to convey the emotions well and her voice control is great as well. This, made her stood out among the rookies, and make her become one of the best vocalist with great potentials.

They cover this song with tribute to the original singer, while still maintaining their powerful innocent concept, that's why it is so touching, different, and meaningful. I hope they do more cover to old songs like this. And thanks for finally the English subs!! By that I hope it can reach larger views. The lyrics is sad and the way they perform this with cheerful vibe makes it sadder, but not in gloomy way. It makes you fall for this girls more, like main character that you can symphatize, connect, and love
