Yitzhak Ben Moshe Whoa, I almost thought that I wrote this comment because I know I’ve written something similar. This was one of my biggest critiques. It’s so unnatural too as both males and females experience vocal cord growth as adolescents and young adults, so both are supposed to have deeper voices as 20somethings than they did as teenagers. It was such a cringey choice that just added negatively to Rory’s unlikeable, childish, ignorant, and spoiled new character. But I sometimes feel certain that the writers wanted us to hate Rory.

Why else would the writers of the show make Rory who was cute, sweet, modest, honest, loyal, trustworthy, humble, reliable and nice into a cheater, liar, arrogant, snobby and entitled brat who sleeps with married men and thinks the universe owes her everything when she didn’t put enough work in? They literally took away all the traits that made Rory likable and turned them into the exact opposite which made Rory more unlikable and annoying which is upsetting because a lot of girls looked up to Rory while watching this series.. it’s like the older she got, the more immature, spoiled and entitled she would act. She got worse after going to Yale and was the WORST in the revival. Why did the writers do this to someone who was so innocent and pure?
@@endoraismygma loool sometimes I agree with this but other times I completely get it. She needed to pursue her dreams and see where they would take her…I think life is so funny and so hard to completely understand cause it’s like she had to sacrifice something one way or the other. I think she could’ve gone and lived with him and it could’ve gone either way, either she would be so happy and in love and have a pretty good career or she would’ve gone and things not work out… I would’ve hated if she chose him and then didn’t get much from her career, and then started to resent him cause of it, then the revival may have been about the end of their relationship… this way, it’s open ended (kinda cause Odette) it’s so hard to know for sure, but having said that I like to think that if she did choose Logan, everything would’ve worked out perfectly… they should be together though, she did the life thing, and they’re obviously still in love, time for things to fall into place for them as THE couple
@@keeksartcreations418 i couldn't agree more! They literally belong together! Logan and Rory always had a magical chemistry and their storyline was SO interesting. I'm still so mad at Rory that she didn't say yes. She definitely should have, they made me soooo HAPPY watching their development
Because she wanted to have no commitments while she was trying to become a successful journalist which didn't happen and also because I think she wanted to follow Lorelai's lifestyle etc.
I will never understand how it actually took 3 years for Logan to properly visit her beloved home town. She always went on about how much she loved Stars Hollow and her house, but never actually went to spend time with Logan there. Always seemed kinda odd to me
@@amywonderland9297 yes but I mean Stars Hollow wasn’t that far, Rory went there like every other weekend, so why did he never go with her? Or during school breaks. Doesn’t really make any sense to me
it wasnt his first time in stars hallow. logan went to see lorelai to write a letter for rory so he can get her back and after rory and dean broke up, he dropped rory home. so he has been to stars hollow, he just never got to see the full area

I love them together. I hated dean. I really liked jess. I was so sad when they broke up. But then she met Logan and it was perfect from the first glance of there relationship. I imagine in my head they get married even though they don't they should have and on my mind always will be but I hated dean he annoyed and irrratated me since he talked about watching rory reading by the tree

The way he seems so interested in her life in Stars Hollow, all the town things she was involved in and the people she's so close to, I think he wishes he had that. Growing up with the Huntzbergers was hardly a barrel of laughs so much like Lorelai, I think the small town is something that genuinely thrills and fascinates him.

Yeah It still just came so easy for her And because of this, thats why she had trouble Im currently in $50k debt because ive studied 2 diplomas and done other courses just so i have things to fall back on Her only goal was to be a journalist and look where that got her. She had no other ideas for life and she got what she wanted
I hated sam, I loved her and jess but as she grew and became a little more part of her grandparent's world and all I thought logan was the perfect fit. Jess is great but logan managed to challenge her and made her grow in the direction she wanted to go

at first i was crushed when they didn't end up together, but then i read an interview that said if the show had continued rory would have ended up with jess, and that made me feel better.
Amy has never said that bro. Every time someone asks her about Rory's boyfriends, she says she doesn't know who Rory would've ended up with. She could've ended up with a totally new boyfriend for all we know.

this is actually one of my fave episodes mind you any one with Logan is fave but i think this one and you jump i jump jack one are my faves I love the L&DB stuff in Jack and I just fell in love with Logan all over again in this episode
When Logan proposed to her and she turned him down. Is like what?!!Logan even asked permission first to Lorelai that he wanted to marry Rory. Then got pregnant during the revival. Who knows who the father is? more likely Logan.
just because he asked person dowsmt mean Rory had to say yes. he planned everything for Rory without talking about marriage. marriage is a huge step. plus she wasn't ready.
he didn't stay long though or met everyone in town. he met Lorelai and left. when was the last time Logan actually spent time in Stsrs Hallow oh yeah when they had the Haybale maze.
To me they def do get back tgt in the future and eventually get married! Rory just wasnt ready yet. But they still loved eag other and they were absolutely perfect for each other
Logan wanted to get married but Rory wasn't ready so Logan threw away the whole relationship and left Rory to work in London. That's why they didn't end up together.
Yeah he messed up telling her "all or nothing" but she could have suggested maybe moving to San Fran and marriage once her career was established. Neither communicated any willingness to compromise. Broke my heart.

Jess has a great literary culture, intelligent, prankster , he was impulsive and provocative, not very sociable but when he gets attached he is very good friend !!!he doesn’t like stars Hallow too much, was unstable, he loves rory but i think she never “loved” him, she was attached to him because he was unloved, that's why she returned with dean when he left !!! Logan doesn't approve the "judgment" , himself had a generous but very invasive father who puts pressure on him and he rebels by doing the worst things !! despite his easy environment he adapts out of respect for others he is always attentive to others, he dosen't like his environment very much but does with it…… and he's right !!!.... Logan is playfull, intrepid, honest, brilliant, funny, respectful with evrybody rich or poor, with Rory's family and her friends (Lane, Paris, Doyle, Loreleï, Luke, Emily, Richard, Christopher, Marty etc.. ) and he can talk about economics, literature, finance etc... likes newspapers, he reminds me Richard, Rory's grandfather 💖!!! Logan’s story : …...The first time, at Rory’s grandparents' wedding, she asked him if he was interested in dating her ?? he told her “ I'd thought of asking you to, but you are great, and I'm not reliable....and the last think I want is to hurt you “ !!! He evolved since, like jess elsewhere !!! I think their evolution is quite similar, but their temperaments are different !!! the difference between the childhood of Logan and Jess is that one lives under pressure without affection (see his mother) and the other lacks attention and can be as affectionate (I did not follow) . The relationship with jess has evolved into a beautiful friendship but Rory loves Logan very much and needs him when she is not well (revival) !! !! RORY & LOGAN👑💖👑💖🙏

As a teenager I thought it was so weird when Logan said Lane looked good. Like he was trying at small talk or something. But saying that after someone has a baby is actually very normal.
They would NEVER allow the n-word to air in the early 2000s. Plus, in the context “knickers” makes more sense. Just because you misheard it doesn’t mean others are wrong. You guys are reaching and blowing it up for something to be mad at, y’all are bored.
There's NO WAY the network would allow that. Nor would that be something Logan would say. Go argue where slurs are really being said in the real world not from a progressive TV show. 🙄
