I don't think Ratchet will ever get better any time soon. Turk is Turk. And Richard and Future, although cracked at shooting, will never get anywhere because they think they are the smartest person in the room despite being absolute radio comms clogging pepegas. If the team consists of Ming, 4head, Tyreke, Leslie, Peter and Omar, then that would be a good squad for now. If Richard and Future learns how to: not be designated driver, not clog comms, and listen to the shotcallers orders, then I would replace Omar and Peter for Richard and Future. But knowing them pepegas, it's copium for now.
