It simulates the fatigue of trying to hold your gloves up in the later rounds of the fights and the ambition to still throw punches in the later rounds, being he has the highest punch output rate of any Middleweight.... like.. Ever. When you're tired in the later rounds it feels like you're trying to hold up two bricks in your hands near your head. Also because he's a straight up savage and it's even harder to run with weights in your hand. He trains so hard that he out works the guys who are 10 years younger than him. He's obsessed with training, nobody comes close in this game to him when it comes to Discipline and Training. If you watch his Kettle Ball drill, Neck drills, and Sit up drills which simulate (Russian Twists) it makes you tired just watching them. I tried his Kettle ball drill by myself at my boxing gym and could barely do 5 reps. If you look at the size of his forearms and shoulders you will see how it helps generate that little extra push of power with all of his odd angle shots. Example: (The overhand left he KOd Rubio with) Do you know how hard it is to sit into a punch and KO someone at that top angle? very very difficult. He approaches training very physically regimented which transfers all that energy efficiently into the fight and completely overwhelms the opponent. There is nobody in this game who will be able to keep up with him stamina wise and punch output. Not to mention the physical and mental pressure he puts on you the whole fight is very draining. One wrong mistake and your lights are out. The guy is an animal.

Aron Mik they need to fight ASAP but canelos not doing his part. canelo should be working on putting on enough mass properly to make 160 dry(no food or fluids in the system). looks like canelos still has to eat to maintain 160 since he can make jr middle. I guarantee you that GGG can't make 156, we seen GGG in the Brook weigh in. sure Abel said he was sick but that's what happens when you cut too much wait. you fall sick, people get dizzy and start vomiting fluids they don't have. Others pass out and others begin to convulse, then they continue on with the fight and end up damaged for life.
Saiyan Born I don't think Canelo can make 154 safely, hence moving up 10lbs to duck Golovkin and avoid every other good 154-160lb fighters out there like Charlo Andrade Lemieux Monroe Eubanks etc... As for Golovkin cutting too much weight, yes he did look sickly at weigh in with that yellowish skin tone. But if 160lb was so difficult to make for him, why did he come in at 158? I don't get it
Aron Mik I think he vomited a day before weigh ins and never got to put the fluids back in until after. when you're that low on water and food your body makes the most of what you put in. meaning that he if drinks a glass of water his weight will shoot up like he drank 10 glasses because how drained he was. If he did that he would've came in overweight and lost belts.
