@@MorbyLol you can convert off Danzai. Its plus, guardcrushes, does insane damage and you can mash it when going in brainlessly and it'd still be optimal.
if you "dont get a chance to install" youre just getting outplayed or playing wrong. youre not supposed to play in her 'normal' mode. you land one key or 236k and enter rage mode and start pressuring. if you dont land the hit or are running low hcb+p to get your rage back and look for another opportunity to shift back into rage
Just because you really wanna enter jr doesnt mean your opponent will let you. Its pretty easy to punish jr if you do it raw in neutral so you'll have to gain advantage via 236S or land a keygrab, both of which need you to win neutral with a button good enough to confirm into them. Also 236k > install is not a good way to enter jr, I'd rather stay in normal mode and run proper okizeme since her base pressure is pretty good.
3:01 How did Faust do this? Using his super requires one full bar of tension, and Roman Cancel takes another full bar. He only had 1 and half, so how did he pull of a move that requires two? Edit: Figured it out lol
@@xcreenplay7264 if you cancel supers with roman cancels before the super freeze happens, it wont charge you for the super, only for the roman cancel. and youll still get the invul. for faust this means he can get like, up to 16 frames of invul.
Every video that I've seen of people playing Abba she just completely gets destroyed unless she's in her install pretty much otherwise she's terrible and trust me I've been waiting for this character she's my favorite Guilty Gear character besides so bad guy but man it's like if you don't get a chance to use install you pretty much lose I've been in 9 for I don't know how long I haven't got to Celestial yet and I want to but I went from to 6 playing Abba now I'm back up to seven and now I'm going to have to get back into 8:00 and then I'm going to have to get back up there at 9:00 I lost match after match because I just tried to protect myself and block long enough just to do my install and I still die I love this character and I'm going to keep playing her it's like I figure out a way to get really good with her all I know is you can do close slash clothes and then you can down heavy slash into the binding and dissolving or however you say it and it's plus it's really been beating people straight up though
I believe in you dude, you'll get there 💪. Like you said, she's kinda doodoo in normal mode, but here's a couple tidbits to keep in the back pocket: 5H has range, even beats backdash at roundstart. Only use the parry for projectiles. Her rekka fills the gauge on block, the first hit is pretty safe and the second hits low. Try to end jealous rage manually, you regain half the gauge you lost. She has a 4 frame 2P. Feel free to spam that armoured special, plus on block, combos on hit, beats reversals. You won't get to celestial overnight, but just keep playing and everything will click one day

Yeah, she's quite a hard character to play and manage, like a reverse Nagoriyuki, if that makes sense. Although, I think with enough practice, just like in +R, she can be an absolute monster. Can't wait to try her out when I get her myself.
Your first mistake was blocking while you’re playing ABA /j Seriously tho I hope you can make it to celestial, ABA’s got some goofy shit in her kit and I guarantee you’re good enough without it, you can do it 👍
