Thanks for sharing this! I had my heart set on the Moxi Lolly, but when I tried them on in a local store they were extremely narrow on my foot. I was sized for a 5, but my foot felt bound and crippled inside. The size 6 felt better, but I’m worried about ending up with them not fitting properly. Now I’m looking into the GH because they seem much higher quality for a similar price. How do you think the sizes compare in Moxi vs GH? I’m wanting them mostly to do some outdoor rhythm dancing and cruising. Do you think the pink style of GH would be good for this? Thanks so much!

I just checked and my moxis are a 10, GH are a 9 which is my normal street shoe size but with some space in the toes. I have narrow to normal feet but the GH are wider anyway and, of course, with leather you're going to get some stretch anyway. My pink ones are the street magic and I've skated them outside and for jamming, they work great for both in my opinion. If you're wanting to do lots of work where you need to point your foot then you might be better with the dance classic range because they're cut lower in the back. Did you get the standard trucks or 360? Because I would like to improve my edges and you mentioned that your edges improved with these skates. I have only just started skating and would love to upgrade in a couple of months.

I have the vanguard plates, which automatically comes with 360 trucks. For me, as a heavier skater, the upgrade to metal trucks was worth the investment. If you do go for the standard plate though, I'd definitely suggest getting the 360 truck. You will find that a stiffer boot will help with edges anyway though. Which skates do you have now?

I like them and am much more used to them now, which is great. I doubt I would have taken any time to adjust to them if I hadn't had the magics first. I like them both a lot! I think you might have DMd me on Instagram? If so, I've replied to you there in more detail x
