Absolutely. Laura looks constipated every time she does a love scene with Maurice. Maurice looks like he trying to perform a job. The chemistry between Maurice and Vanessa is real and natural. The show how love is natural and can't be forced
@@moniquetillery7336 OMG. I stopped watching after Brenda left in 2013. Reading these post, they put Sonny with Emily, which was disgusting, she was like 10 when Sonny was 30. Only good thing she diagnosed his disease. Then with Laura, the Sonny of this era, would NEVER GET WITH LAURA. Out of respect to Luke, hell, he wouldn't even go in the house when Luke wasn't there. SMDH, at how GH destroyed his character after Brenda/VM left.

When was it stated that Carly was the love of Sonny's life. Was this something said on the show or in an interview?? Whatever it was is complete BS!! Sonny and Brenda always and forever!!
Carly was better for Sonny, she understood Sonny. Brenda did not. They were not meant for each other and the episodes showed it. Also Carly always said she loved Sonny. Never heard Brenda say she loved Sonny. IT'S A FACT.
"You'll come back, you always do".....Sonny knows his soulmate and he spoke truth, as Carly once told Sam...."Brenda always comes back"! And when she does, and she will again, Sonny won't be able to stay away from her, he's incapable of it. And like he said he here, we all know what happens when they're in each others lives.....its inevitable, they are inevitable. Always has been, always will be.
Maurice has said he wants Vanessa back on the show, so hopefully, she will be back, and the writers will do the right thing by them when she does come back.
You know their LOVE is unconditional all they have to do is be in one another presence for 5 mins and ISSA WRAP! Brenda said she "lov**" J** and Sonny said WHY??? LMBOOO!!! One thing I know about Sonny and Brenda is that they gave their WHOLE HEARTS to one another making it IMPOSSIBLE for either of them to love anyone else. #FACTS I can remember when Sonny was so scared to give his heart to Brenda and tell her that he loves her, but now he is WIDE OPEN about his feelings. Brenda: You needed me. Sonny: I need you now. Not to rescue me. To be with me. The writers were so amazing back then. They made Sonny this complex character that was capable of doing bad things, but could also love Brenda with all of his heart. Cut to 2011 when he tells her he loves power more than her. Epic fail! He loves power, but he only said that to give her a reason to let go and leave because the one thing he will always do for Brenda is protect her first - even over being with her. He did that in 2011 to let her be safe because she wanted to be a mother away from him, and he knew she’d keep drawing him in to seek him rescuing her.
Brenda used Sonny when things were not good for her. So after playing POOR ME bit one little thing Sonny does shes off to Jax. Brenda was just a class act, and knew what she was pulling. Carly was the best.

Sofia Ladybug I am right there with you. They can't rewrite history for the fans who were there when Sonny was with the REAL love of his life. He has never been as gentle and loving with anyone else. Carly is default because she has a couple of his kids and she's been around a long time.
I don't like GH anymore. I loved watching it at this time. Brenda and Sonny were mesmerizing to watch. I watch these old clips and I'm in love with the show again. When I watch sonny on the current shows it isn't the same. His character changed and I was so disappointed to see Brenda leave again and sonny pretty much say he loved the gangster life more than her. Not good writing. That just made me stop watching the show
Me 2 Sonny's character has become a joke. Maurice works better with Vanessa. GH writers continue to go downhill with the show. That's why the key players are leaving the show

It says something when I much rather watch the gh of yesteryear than the gh of today. Sonny and Brenda were epic. Maurice is a great actor but right now he is wasting his talent. My solution to the writers is...Bring Brenda Back! M&V are dynamite together.
Linda Lopez I’ll say again I just WISH Vanessa STAYED! Their LOVE is so POWERFUL and no other woman he has been with can touch that! I mean Carly is a CRAZY character! I’ve seen a few clips from today’s GH and comments fans make about S/C. People say they are SOLID and meant for each other. Solid?? They’ve been married 4x and cheat on each other, and straight NASTY to one another.Sonny is so not the same! I see he has a family and often wonder what it would be like if that were his and Brenda’s family!! As much as S/B are my favorite couple ever I don’t think I would want her to return. I would be so disappointed because the writer’s NEVER get it right and will always make Carly SHINE!! Just not fair to S/B fans!!!
@@sydneyrose9971 I don't want her to return either. They messed their show up and have to keep Sonny with Carly now. Even though their relationship ruined the Sonny character, there's no chemistry between Benard and Wright and their family doesn't look nearly as good as the one he would have and should have had with Brenda. Guza wanted a dark show with irredeemable characters back in the early 2000s. He had this thing about making hate love. He turned the hatemance between Carson into a "love story" and the love story between Sonny and Brenda into a story full of angst. The audience really didn't like Carson and didn't understand how the SJB Carly and MB Sonny got together. Some of it I suspect is because at that time SJB had an in with an executive and friend of writer Guza which gave her top billing on the show and meant she had to be paired with MB that and MB and SJB wanted to work together and Steve Burton did not want to work with SJB...the rest is history. Sucked for us viewers though. Ugh...at least we have RU-vid to watch the best of GH which was 93-97 until the wedding that never was.
Linda Lopez I’m watching a few clips of S/C back in 2000’s and it is so TASTELESS! They use and abuse each other so bad! I mean he HATED Carly. When it comes to the writer’s it’s all in who you know! I don’t care for the Carly character at all. I would have second thoughts about even playing her! Some fans did ask Vanessa on Instagram if she would come back to GH! Of course there was no response but her character wouldn’t fit in now. It’s been 10 years. Plus there are no characters she even knows from back in the day! I think Sonny’s days of past loves are over. GH won...they have him with Carly...blah!!
I wish they would bring back Claire Labine as head writer! She knew how to write for Sonny and Brenda! I never get tired of watching the two if them because it feels so real not like acting! Sonny and Brenda are endgame! It's time for her to come back to reclaim her man!!
