Sarkodie is simply the best rapper. However, those of you over emphasizing on ‘best lyricist’, I don’t think anyone listens to rap only because of lyrics. If that was the case I would recommend novels or poems instead. Comparing M.I and King Sark, is a waste of time cos it obvious Sark has better flow, better cadence, musicality, hardcore rap style, swag, better rhyming scheme, and better voice texture. M.I is a lyrical beast! If you understand English or appreciate lyrics and not just rapping fast, then you won’t compare m.i to any rapper in Africa. He’s the most intelligent rapper we have and we blessed to have him. Respect to every other rapper out there!

U May have a point there but if it is about intelligent rap music(English)in our continent then M.anifest is on top even Mi himself acknowledges the dexterity nature and word play of M.anifest and what is even unique is that both Mi and M.anifest have that mutual respect for each other. M.anifest is one guy that has been underrated for long and it's about time we rap lovers in Africa lend our support to him.

@Godsway Amegbletor that's exactly what I was gonna say. And if he understands Twi, he will love sarks storytelling. Sark doesn't only rap fast, delivers well, and has fluent flow but he tells stories in it too.

Sarkodie will wash MI. The mere fact that Sarkodie sings mostly in twi and yet his songs are internationally popular and has more longevity than MI. Lyrically Manifest will also wash MI. When it comes rap…. Ghana manufactures bunch.
