Please set your priorities right and use your own good judgement instead of spending on a luxurious life style your wife wants and promotes. You and family shouldn’t lose yourself in the dazzling life she has introduced you to. Be yourself and live the normal middle class life that you belong to and you will have a much more financially secure future ahead, or else you will soon find yourself in hot waters.

How can you say owning a home in Pakistan is glorified 😂 common sense dictates that rather than waste money on monthly rent wouldn’t you rather have the sense of security and peace of knowing the house you live in is your own home that you have built and paid for yourself? A house is an investment…a car or numerous cars are not.

Im an architect, the solution to your problem is you should get your house designed by an architect, if you wanna save up that cost and don't want to hire a professional which majority of desi people do, get it done by a freelance architect. it will be slightly cheaper but he'll be able to design something which is according to your needs and requirements.

You can also see houses in bahria enclave and park view city as well. It is not far from center and houses are well built and area se clean. Only takes 25 minutes to reach Centaurus mall if road is fine( park road is under construction- will be completed within 2 months)

The houses they are looking at are worth 15 cr on an avearge and that is an exorbitant sum of money in any case - whether or not they chose to live luxuriously or frugally on a daily basis. Personally I agree with Ali, owning a house shouldn't be as glorified as it is in today's day and age in south asian communities. I would rather spend on necessities and luxuries that are affordable to me and enrich my life's experiences and make me happy - like buying things I like, travelling, opting for business class once in while, having multiple cars if my family needs than live like beggars and save for a permanent house. Everybody's priorities are different in life and they manage their money accordingly. You guys are almost shaming them for saying houses are expensive - as if they are not and they themselves are to blamed for their unaffordability and not the crashing economy.

Apart from everything, Hamza be logical in your purchases. Buy a plot for as cheap as possible and build a house on it. BUT dont buy an expensive plot abd build a house on it. Its not worth it. Remember, the size of house you are living in costs less than building a kanal house.

Check gulbergs green' park view' bahria enclave' park enclave and single unit wouldnot be big and impractical for you guys i think so' as it looks more beautiful....

Why don't you guys consider B17 sector? Due to opening of margalla avenue, its just 10-12 min drive to E-11.I'm living there, and its so clean green fresh nice are with all the necessities, also the prices are very economical considering the prices of main sectors of Islamabad. Even D12 is way much expensive, and it doesn't have even proper infrastructure. If you need any assistance in touring or any info regarding B17, I'm available. Not a property dealer, Just a citizen and Civil engineering background with some experience in real estate knowledge of that area :)

your previous video you were considering a house near top city side why would you shift from that the place is still cheaper than the bahria dha sidea and its like a short drive away from central Islamabad plus close to the airport the area is under developed but its still up and coming 10 marla 1 kanal plot would still run you like 6 7crore ( 10 marla plots looks like 2 3 crore so if you add building cost it would still be cheaper than the dha houses you saw) the other thing to consider is punjab marla is smaller than Islamabad marla so 1 kanal is 16 marla is punjab pindi side whereas Islamabad 1 kanal is 20 marla ( something weird and it varies like in gujaranwala its larger for some odd reason but it does add up) as for owning a house vs renting, owning makes you liable for property tax but gives you a sense of ownership and you can change your property as you wish whereas renting does provide you with the tax right off in terms of rent and you dont have to liable for property tax either

If you don't mind one more advice that when ever you contact to anyone for purchasing, don't introduce yourself as celebrity, I did when took my, firstly I visited places these above mentioned areas short listed the empty plots and houses for sale that i selected I went to the neighbors of that place and ask about it so I found the contact although there was a property dealer in between but I was wel informed about the prices and deals

You should definitely try looking in Gulberg, its more closer to the other part of Islamabad and you wont have to face the traffic as well. The houses are currently less expensive as compared to DHA but soon once it gets fully developed this area will be much more expensive

This is the dilemma of everyone living on rent in Islamabad and used to the central lifestyle of F or E sectors.Anyways good luck ,house is a necessity becuse it saves you substantial rent money each month , provides security to the family and parents a home base as they are getting old .And my suggestion is change your Property dealer 😁 if you had 13 crore you would buy a house where you're already living.He wasted your petrol and time .
