I got the gadget hunger and bought this for my hair, which is also just below chin length. I too ended up Farquaading myself, and am relieved to know it's a short hair thing and not just me being a gumby! Thanks for the frank review!

If you put the hot brush behind your fringe and curl it up and backwards that works better, I know that feels counter intuitive but it does work if you want swoopy ' curtain bangs' do both sides together in 1 swoop, hope that helps xx

You'd be better using straighteners or tongs with this length. You can then leave the ends out as you curl, this stops it curling under.

When my hair gets dry and in bad condition it’s normally when I haven’t used a conditioning dye in a while and it’s just thirsty and light and needs some colour, I’d just do a light refresh or something? Just going off my own experience it always brings my hair back to life and may help yours too😘💕
