Ghee Cookies｜Apron
Ghee(Clarified Butter) 110g / 1/2cup
Powdered sugar 70g / 3/4cup
Plain flour 180g / 1,1/4cup
Powdered milk 15g / 2Tbsp
Salt 0.5g / 1/8tsp
Instant coffee as needed
Bake at 160°C / 320°F for 13-15 minutes

We Indians call it nankhatai...we love it and traditionally it is made by local vendors without oven...it's delicious 😋

We make in my country during the Eid and it's called Guriepa, and usually decorate it with almonds or pistachio! Also we use 100% natural ghee for the best results and best quality! it's very delicious recipe thanks a lot!

In India it's called Naankhatai...it is available in most of the bakeries who sell it in different shapes and flavours like kesar, pista, plain (like this one) topped with dry fruits or chiraunji. But it tastes best when homemade 😋

Ghee is a base for most of algerian pasteries.and this recipe or biscuits is called ," Ghribia".which could be done either with sésame seeds or peanuts.

Ghee cookies? This is called ghorayba... They are butter cookies, arabian style, and they are soft, not crunchy like these sound. I don't know what's up with the coffee granules, that's weird. These are usually topped with a pistachio.
