Basmati rice 2 1/2 cup ( soaked for 30 mins)
4 same cup water
2 tbsp ghee ( i use QBB)
Cashew nuts 2 tbsp
Kismis 2 tbsp
Maze, star anise, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves
1 big onion
Cili padi 4
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Saffron a pinch soaked with 2 tbsp evaporated milk ( optional)
Garnishing
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
1 big onion fried
1 tsp ghee
