INGREDIENTS:
घेवर के लिए:
1/4 कप घी
2-3 आइस क्यूब
1 कप मैदा
1 बड़ा चम्मच बेसन
2½ कप बर्फ का ठंडा पानी
1 चम्मच नींबू का रस
तेल/घी तलने के लिये
रबड़ी के लिए:
1 लीटर फुल फैट दूध
3-4 चम्मच चीनी
1 छोटा चम्मच इलायची पाउडर
चीनी की चाशनी के लिए:
1 कप चीनी
1 कप पानी
1 छोटा चम्मच नींबू का रस
