I recently went to a ghost concert (about 3 weeks ago) and y’all I will never fully recover from that concert. I will never recover from phantom blowing me a kiss, I will never recover from papa looking at me during cirice, I will never recover from literally anything that went down at the concert. I’ve been living off of that serotonin for 3 weeks now and will continue to for awhile
A night to remember ay! Seen them a month ago at Kia Forum in Los Angeles, in the second of 2 sold out shows and yep they are amazing! One of Sweden's finest offerings!
I’ve never watched their live performances in any capacity before this video. But I’ve always said that no band puts so much effort into their appearance without putting on a bomb ass show. I’d pay anything💀
@@Libreta_explosiva phantom, the skinny rhythm guitarist with the black guitar played by randy moore. also commonly confused with aether, the bigger rhythm guitarist who left the band a while back
Essa Banda Sueca é maravilhosa, assisto seus clipes umas 3 vezes por dia, é viciante! Essa música "Mary on a cross" é fantástica! Não paro de ouví-la! Que performance!❤❤❤
@@TThexjessTTV you know the whole gimmick is satire and parody right? No one in the band or Tobias himself is a Satanist. He is agnostic. The devil figure to him is a metaphor for freedom, liberty and rock and roll. I've been to two rituals with my daughter and planning next years ritual. The shows are not what you think they are. They are incredibly wholesome. No one is upset or really sacrificing anything, except maybe sleep.
Hm. I've listened to rock since the '60s. I've played rock guitar since 1975. I've played in rock bands all my life, and still do. I've followed Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Rainbow, AC/DC, Motorhead, Thin Lizzy, AC/DC, UFO, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Foo Fighters, Muse, etc. etc. and I'm telling you, Tobias Forge (Ghost mastermind) is one hugely clever person and songwriter. He's created one of the most interesting rock acts in the last 20 years, and written some truly brilliant material.
Ok, thoughts on Phantom? Personally, I don't like him. I think he as a person is fine and he's happy to be there, but his personality as a Ghoul took a lot from Sodo, even hand gestures and the Stomp. Also, it just feels weird not seeing Aether behind that guitar. Rain, Sodo, and Aether was a very balanced trio. Sodo was the angry one, Rain was calm, and Aether was funny. Each complimented the other two. With Phantom now, it's two angry ones. I'm not saying the band shouldn't change, they should! That's part of Ghost, new lineups. All I'm saying is Phantom isn't my favorite Ghoul...
