My heart broke, shortly after my body broke. I lost 40lbs muscle mass that’s been replaced with physical pain and discomfort. When people see me now they think I got sick. Surgeon told me to give up body building. I lost my car, my home, my best friend and my identity. As god is my witness I will not give up, I will not fold and I will not feel sorry for myself. hi guys so my name is mina i started martial arts when I was 11-12 I first started it for fun then I fell in love with it and said to my self "that's it I will be the best" so when I became a green belt I disappeared for 6 months only working working working after the six months I became the best IN MY COUNTRY in just a year (it took me 6 months to get a green belt to 6+6 months=a year zo it rlly works then i took a break for a while and the journey continues i guess.. ANYWAYS HERES A WARNING: Don't ever work TOO hard especially without a warm up my costco always warned me from working too hard but i didn't listen so now im injured with a muscle tear so please don't be TOO hard on yourself < 3 I love you all and have a great day ^^

I'm a writer. I made a promise to myself I dedicate this 2024 to continue writing and submitting my manuscripts and try and bare my heart and work out there. I love learning new things, but I decided I would pause learning new things now and minimize distraction (learning another language, social media, outside unnecessary intereaction with friends over cafe that can wait). Just saying, if my younger self listen to this. He would probably be saying this video is false hope, but now that I'm older. I can relate to this alot more. Just because I know the pain and it's not a fun experience.😆😎
