3D Printed 1:1 scale Ghost mask from the PlayStation game Ghost of Tsushima, this took me about 2 weeks to finish only working on it in the afternoons and weekends, the editing took longer, getting use to new software. Also got a camera during the filming which slowed me down a little but now I’m really looking forward to making some more painting videos.

Cheers! I was planning to darken it right down with a black ink to be more accurate to the game, but It looked good after the hammer finish, so I decided to finish it off from there.

I was wondering if you crafted items out of metal? I can see you taking your mask and making a sand mold out of it, and pouring melted aluminum into the mold. That would add to the long term durability of your masks. Nice video.

haha it’s funny you say that, I’m currently editing my next video, melting silver down and casting a ring with a sand mould 😂 . But yeah its definitely a something I would do but a mask would be so much more work haha maybe when I have a bit more spare time, anyways cheers, look out for the next video should be up in about a week.

Thanks yeah I’ve actually been meaning to try that, I’m just worried that it won’t be strong enough, the epoxy just add so much strength to the prints, anyways I’m currently working on my next video, another 3D printing one so I’ll probably give it a go, Thanks again. 🙏

what measures did you take? I bought the author's version and it's very small, I don't know if it will fit in one piece in my Mono X

Hi there for me a printed it in two separate parts on the Mono X, but for the measurements I just had had to compare the size to other things I had printed in the software if you know what I mean? sorry I can’t be more helpful with the measurements i was just lucky mine turned out the perfect size.

Hi there technically I don’t think you do, but It would be a pain without one you need it to download and edit the files in a slicing software, but I guess it would depend on the printer, there may be printers that have phone apps or something like that, hope that helps.
