GHOST OF TSUSHIMA - Most Badass Scene (Ghost Awakens Power) 

Man introducing ghost stance like that out of the blue is just pure gaming genious on the highest level.

I was wearing the full Sakai armour during this part, Jin straight up looked like a horned Demon risen from Hell to punish the Mongols, man I love this game!

I love how instead of saying "Assassinate" it becomes "Slaughter".

I've never been so terrified of the character I was playing

The fact that Jin was always calm in every battle before this...then this battle he just let the monster out. He fought with rage

When I activated the ghost stance I quite literally geeked tf out, that was THE coolest shit I had seen in an rpg in a min

This was so dope and I wasn't even expecting it but lord I went off on the fleeing mongals after this

So this is how Infamous series begins. Jin was the first mutant.

One of the most goosebumps inducing moments in all of gaming. “Invaders, look at your general.” Such as badass line.

The intensity leading up to this scene is mind blowing. Damn it's so perfectly executed.

This is so sad when compared to the actual mongol invasion in tsushima, knowing that almost no one survived, that they slaughtered so much people just for the sake of it, I think it makes this game kinda poetic, in a way

I love how as the game progresses, Jin goes from a stray surviving samurai, to a warrior causing the Mongols trouble, to what they start to see as an actual spirit of vengeance. The Ghost stance makes you into a thing of horror, making the enemies feel like they're receiving some sort of divine punishment for all they've done. Jin becomes the personification of wrath, repaying his people's suffering.

"A lucky blow, you won't get another" and literally gets another one while saying that

He's a ten foot demon with Glowing eyes.

3:03 one of the greatest moments I've experienced in a game. It's just so inspiring and scary at the same time. Jin always stayed calm and thought before acting, but here, it's just like he snapped completely. Kinda like Gohan against the cell Jr's. A true masterpiece, this game

I fully embraced the Ghost side when Nobu died. I was actually extremely pissed by that and just terrorized everyone in my path

This part is the single most badass scene in the entire game. When he screams FOR YARIKAWA, and you hear in the back the scream from the people in support cheering and willing to fight to their last breath... i felt that 💪

Temuge’s voice... it sounds familiar.. **flashbacks to “MY NAME IS GYOUBU MASATAKA ONIWA!!!”** Nah, it’s doesn’t ring a bell...

That was a badass scene! The title did NOT lie 😂

I wasn't playing as a ghost, I was fighting as THE GHOST.

There is a trick I found out developer’s use to make this scenes so cinematic: After you gain this moment of feeling invisible when activating the ghost stance for the first time, the difficulty in killing the other enemies is reduced so you feel you slaughter them with ease and keep that sense of being all powerful. Neat, right?

Imagine how terrifying this would really be like you’re just doing your job for your leader and out of nowhere one man wipes through your whole army with almost no struggle and pure rage and hatred in his eyes

The Amount of adrenaline in my body when I played this part was sky high

Sucker Punch nailed a lot of things in this game. Giving full control of the scene to the player instead of having a cut scene is what makes this scene stand out so much.

I feel sorry for every only Xbox owner who can‘t enjoy this masterpiece. I’m so sorry for you guys I think it’s time to buy a PlayStation.

This is one of the best missions I’ve played in any video game. The graphics, acting, music, pacing, combat… everything was just perfect

At that part, I can't describe how hyped I felt and almost freaked out at how amazing this was!!! It isn't just the scene but the entire build-up of the story unfolding that leads you to this. It was so freaking cool and clever presenting Jin as a good fallen soldier that was pretty much left with two choices: "Live with pride and die with honor" or "Go against your creed to adapt and outsmart your opponents to save your country in order to live". The overall idea of being able to beat every enemy even when outnumbered or even when lacking raw muscle power gets cloaked so smoothly behind the most simple factor, being smart. I love that you are using weapons that nobody else has, and combat styles that no one is familiar with. It is an incredible yet simple story which had me begging at the end for a recreation of a Netflix adaptaion series, but at the same time with the fear of might ruining it since most studios these days are giving awful performances. Sucker Punch I salute you for this masterpiece you have created. Massive respect for your work

A video game has never given goosebumps before. This mission is legendary.

this moment was when this game became number 1 to me. the music playing and the yelling for yarikawa and the ghost , ghost mode and then that end speech made my hair on the back of my neck stand. i literally shed a single tear of joy. not many games make me feel like that.

Where heroes are born and legends begin. Scenes like that, the embodiment.

The music plus the shouting “For Yarikawa!” got me so hyped when playing! Love this game!!!

This was such a breathtakingly awesome moment. Especially when he charges directly into the invaders and spurred on the others by telling them "NO MERCY!". Man this game was outstanding.

I remember this scene like it was yesterday and will never forget it, my jaw was dropped the entire time, definitely my top ten gaming moments

Ghost of tshushima had the best combat mechanism ive ever seen , best killing animations, the blood the water,moon, ghost stances , damn what a game. How i wish to play this game again without its memory.

Now this is a mission that I would love to replay more than one. NG+ , camp re-populate and mission replay, and we will have the perfect game. Dont you just love the music at 3:05 ?

Honestly might be my favorite part of the game. Loved the whole thing, and honestly it felt like an Assassin’s Creed set in Japan without the lore. I’m a huge AC fan and loved both the stealth and combat. Great game all around.

2:19 In my gameplay, right before the cinematic in which you slaughter the Temuge and unlock the ghost posture started, a Mongol archer shot me with a fire arrow, so when the cinematic started and my Jin was in flames for the first seconds. I thought it was put there intentionally until now, given the Mongols' reaction. I really thought for a moment Jin turned into a demon or something. My favorite part of the game so far

4:39, I was almost sure that Jin had turned evil, but then Taka stops him and wakes him out of that moment. That was nerve-wracking scene for sure! D:

On Lethal mode "Your blood will soak the island" felt like a looped record with all the deaths I had.

Anyone that didn't scream "FOR THE GHOST!" and then didn't bow after the "You are warriors" speech failed this mission...

This scene with the music...I was thrilled! One of my favorite gaming experiences.

Jin’s leadership and commanding capability is shown really well here. Without lord shimura holding him back he is capable of great feats.

It sounds cooler in Japanese! Hard to read and fight at the same time but worth it if you ask me

I used kensei lv 1 suit with white dye and gyozen's blindfold and full sakai mask, it really gave off a vibe that he IS a vengeful ghost. totally awesome

That's one of the things that I appreciated the most about this game. The fact that as players we seldom think about it, but we rarely get to be the character that the bad guys in the game are terrified of. We rarely get to be "the monsters". I remember feeling powerful the further I got in this game because of how later on, some of the group combats against just myself would have some of the mongols running away or trying to crawl away in a panicked brain freeze. For as much of a masterpiece as the batman games were, It didnt make me feel that way because most of the "kills" weren't freebies. Like the bad guys would be terrified but still fight back. That Fear Takedown however was a complete game changer.

i havent felt this rush of excitement in a game like i did on this mission, out of nowhere they've given me a new skill in ghost stance i never expected that and i got it in the most badass way, and the way he talks to the enemies after slaughtering their general and how jin rally the warriors of yarikawa through his words gave me goosebumps, like legit like youre there in that moment with jin.
