What’s the fit

So I destroyed the helicopter and it didn’t count as progress for destroying all three vehicles. Why is this game so bugged! I wanna love it but damn!!!???

Your plan of attack is completely infeasible; patrolling enemy patterns vary from what you demonstrate to what I actually encounter. You have to kill EVERYONE in the building as you go up. If you don't, you get detected...and even though you've killed the asshole who runs off with the chopper, THAT'S not the target vehicle, and some OTHER asshole runs off with the APC.
