Agreed, there are some pasive skills that could be turned off. Personally the one that increases stamina, kills the point of extreme stamina consume in Ghost parameters. I started another character leaving those locked

Yeah having to cycle through the night and thermalvision does get annoying

Agreed, just like when you have to cycle through the types of bullets during a fight. HP, rubber, tracer, ball, pretty annoying

Or the +total ammo perk that gives you a dumb number of spare rounds like 440 which wouldn’t fit into 30rnd magazines

I'm going to be that guy. LMGs don't have "clips" the are either mag fed or belt fed.

And entirely unrealistic, adding a suppressor to your weapon irl technically improves your ballistics

@@bravo6959 there’s been several studies done about how depending on ammunition your FPS can fluctuate by about 10-30fps as well as your shots will be off zero if you’re zeroed for unsuppressed fire. If you think about it adding a suppressor adds an extra 3-6 inches of barrel to the end of your rifle so it’s just that much more space for the round to pick up speed, plus adding a suppressor reduces felt recoil and improves shot groupings so there’s definitely a change in ballistics.

@@sortaredacted3383 I don't know for a fact about this. I've used them in Marines and out. The can isn't made like the barrel with lands and grooves. So it's spinning as fast as it ever is going to as soon as it clears the weapons barrel. The rest makes sense to me, but I was always under the impression that a can slows down the round cause the gas pushing the round down barrel giving it spin is not 90% behind it, pushing and spinning it, the gas is being vented off with the can so it's like if you was shooting spit balls with a straw, the hardest you can do it is the fastest, but if you vent the straw and blow same way the air that was pushing spot all down the bore is now less because it's being vented and slowed down by all of that. Reason why they work cause they muffle the report of the shot. I hate when ppl call them silencers, they don't silence the shot. It may silence it's target when you hit it but not the shot. It works with small caliber like .22 or 380 if round is going at or slower than speed of sound. Why some ammo is made for suppressed shooting. The .22 style has a round that's same length of the case. It's made ti go slower and be quieter but hit hard.

@@h0ma93 Well i can see it without maxing the skill tree. So im not sure if this is totally accurate. I did get notifications saying i can only upgrade once ive maxed out my skill tree tho. And i constantly had this little blue bar on the top stating how many skills i have left to unlock on both the weapons mastery tab and skills tab.

@@Ranamon9132 I didn't know this. I want to say I maxed out my skill tree about a year or so ago so I don't have any reference to go off of

@@h0ma93 well mine was about 20 or so away and I could see it but I’ve read other comments saying once you’re 2/3 of the way thru then you’ll get to see it. I’m not sure. I just got the game anyways so I don’t know the ins and outs of it yet but you can definitely see the tab before you’ve maxed out

The M4 in game is a 12Gauge pump shotgun. Not the M4 as us veterans of marines or military are used to carrying, a 5.56 with a shorter barrel and a collapse able stock to clear hummer doors, MRAPS or clearing structures. So nice. Miss it.

It's really good and I think it's a great first step for a cool new feature in the franchise. I definitely think they need to expand upon it a little bit and make it so it's not just based around skill points. Imagine having to get materials like I wildlands to upgrade specific skills in the weapon mastery. Something to make it a little more expansive.

Yeah I had that problem as well. A work around is to just manually Equip the suppressors on their guns in their customization menus

I think it does somehow, I have an acr with and one without +30 accuracy&handling and the recoil etc Hits slightly harder, same goes for my accuracy&range rolled tac50

Pretty sure it's the max you can find when you consider the skill points that you can acquire in the game as well as what you can acquire by leveling up

lol you have to unlock every class and all the different skills then you can get weapon mastery lol...

Yeah, the tab won’t show until you get about 1/2 - 3/4 complete with the skill tree. I had a basically fresh character I started on PC and didn’t even know about weapon mastery until the tutorial message came up after spending skill points haha

It’s only in Conquest mode.

You CAN unlock the base game blueprints in they’re original locations while conquest mode is active:)

Few LMGs can run reliably suppressed and fewer suppressors still that can handle being shot through with that high a volume of fire belt after belt. Just get way too hot and fail.

@@sampsonlll1825 in real life, yes, that’s true, however this is just a game. I believe we can forgo the realism for the sake of fun.

@@usmc4good Yeah and also the game has to be some-what grounded in reality or else it just turns into Halo.

@@sampsonlll1825 yea, I can agree with that. I don’t believe it would hurt realism too much if we could attach suppressors to at least the mag-fed lmgs. After all, they are just ASR conversions. That would keep it inline with semi-realism, where you wouldn’t have a belt-fed lmg melting down the suppressor from prolonged sustained fire. For example the L86 is just an L85 with a few modifications. (Heavy, longer barrel, etc.)

@@usmc4good Good point. I think the devs might be worried about weapon balance at that point as well. How much of the playerbase would ditch ASRs for suppressed squad auto's(?); there'd be a huge migration of use. It is a shame though, a couple specific suppressed LMGs would be interesting even if the detection range was significantly smaller than supped. ASRs. Right now, though, my biggest weapon gripe is the M110 and G series DMRs not having 20rd mags.

Lol happen to me once,they walkin straight in front of enemy hence blow up my perfect stealth and that moment i was losing my patience and decide to disable them and always play solo

ASR SMG/DMR silent type (with AI) but sometimes do ASR LMG gun blazing all over the place type (with AI too)

How’ve you been farming them?

@@keys299 You basically get 5 skill points for each level you get. So completing missions and killing everything in sight. Don't forget to use the bivouac preparation that gives you +10% xp for and hour.
