One gameplay mechanic that is sorely missing in games like this is the ability to have your AI teammates breach and clear. There’s a game I used to play back in the day by the name of SOCOM, it had it and was executed precisely as you’d expect even for a 2 decade (PS2 days) old game. Good times.
SWAT games also had awesome breach. You could tell them to throw flashbang or smoke etc. in, and they did everything on their own. It was awesome, especially SWAT4!
Fun game I just wish the NPCs wouldn't respawn after you've cleared out an area. Makes progress feel non-existent. You spend all this time with careful planning to wipe out a base and then come back and the same enemy's are there.
Yeah, but then you run out of enemy bases to clear out. That was a problem with Far Cry. You would have a blast clearing out the outposts but then you run out them and then its like "Well, shit. What now?" I think it should go the other way. Maybe when you come back the base should be reinforced with more and tougher enemies for a while.
@@majorborngusfluunduch8694in farcry 6 at least you can abandon outposts and checkpoints to keep playing after you've cleared all of them out. They also added insurgency where an area is retaken every week
Nice video, ghost lead! I love this game, but in order to have a more challenging experience, i play it without supressors (most of times with a sub-machine) and at the day light, cause AI is almost blind and deaf in this game. It's the closest we can get to Spartan Mod in consoles (I play it on Xbox SX). Cheers from Brazil
Not gonna lie.. Badass thumbnail. I just watched a bit of Seal Team Six (Series) and now I have an urge to reinstall this game.. But I dont have enough space goddamned.
Hey mate, I'm trying to record my game to save our roleplay just for our own consume. But I'm not able to record it smoothy on 2K, I use OBS, which program do you use to record your game?
in case you’re still asking it costs 70-80 bucks. But ifyou have Xbox gamepass you can play ghost recon wild land. It’s not the same game but it’s very similar and is made by the same guys.
4:27......... is it just me or do those vehicles look a hell of a lot like the armored vehicle from the movie Aliens??? i mean minus the front gun obviously but the shape color and design
Hey Nomad i I love the gameplay, but if you're gonna call it tactical, you gotta be way more intentional about your movement and keeping your head on a swivel. In the first building, I counted at least 10 blind spots that you didn't check. Slow it down, check your corners, and you'll look a lot more convincing from a tactical stand point
Does this game have first person mod? I saw wildlands had this amazing first person + reshade mod. Made things look very interesting. But most of all it made me realize third person isn't as immersive.
The facilities mostly belong to a big tech company developing robots and AI and stuff like that, so they have that modern corporate look to them. They hired a PMC to keep the Island safe, but that PMC ends up seizing control of the Island and starts using the tech and facilities to manufacture military drones. The camps set up by the PMC look a little more military.
@callmenomad wondering just because detecting time by AI enemies seems to be too long and maybe they are t oo unobtrusive if you know what I mean ;) But I may be wrong here.
Ці штані не заправляють в черевики, та і самі флотські та морпіхівські спецпризначенці нічколи не заправляють штані в черевики, соромно не знати! дизлайк!
God, I'm tired of seeing vis lasers in these types of things. They don't use them on missions. It just draws a big line back to where you are. The only reason for the vis laser is to sight in the IR laser with NODs and firing day time. They're slaved. No real units use vis lasers.
