From the order wheel go to Rebel help Vehicles and then you can choose which vehicle you want by switching them by pressing the buttons in your respective device.

Which skins? Vehicle skins? I forget but I think when you are on a vehicle select there's a left or right arrow that allows for that. But it's been so long I forget.
