Let’s goooo! Happy you reacted to this one. One of the best sets at Defqon 2022 easily! Ghost Stories is D-Block & S-te-Fan (DBSTF) and Evelyn (D-Block’s sister). It’s a darker live act that was born from the first trilogy of tracks they made as DBSTF: Angels & Demons, Twilight Zone and Ghost Stories [with an honorable mention to Darkest Hour (The Clock)]. They then premiered the Ghost Stories alias for those darker tracks after playing a set back during Reverze 2019. They’ve been going strong since! There’s also something planned for Ghost Stories again at Defqon this year in the theatre with brand new music and a cinematic experience. Super hyped! 👻 🤍

The visuals in the Endshow are insane and thats only 20 minutes then remember its 4 days 12 hours a day, Hats off for the people of the light lasers and pyros who have to program and visualize 4 days beautifal and emotional Madness.

absolutely.. there are "Just" 60 to 80 k infront of the mainstage... but the entire area have arround 150.000 plus people per day... and yep, thos are spread across whole area and all stages..

I used to attend Defqon.1 every year in Sydney Australia which was one of their event destination. But, sadly, politicians blamed the the organisation after two attendees dying from drug overdose. Now I have to travel all the way to Europe just to catch a Defqon.1 festival whenever I can save up. You should react to Defqon.1 2018 Endshow in Sydney Australia. Which is personally my favourite Endshow I have attended. Which is also the last time it Defqon.1 visited Australia. 🙁 Q-Dance could bring back Defqon.1 in other state in Australia.

It's like 8-12 hours long 4 days in a row in like 86F temperatures during the day (even warmer in the tented stages), it's crazy but the music keeps you going. Best place in the world

D... also keep in mind that the price of the tickets aint cheap so you do want a full experience .... and with Defqon1 you sure get that... it is not just a show or concert it is a complete experience you will never forget and that is what makes it so special .

RED is the name of that stage (The mainstage). All other stage has color names. Blue, Black, Purple, Gold, Silver...

believe me no one goes 6 hours in one go ... the acts are split up in 1 or 2 hour acts... and there are multiple stages where some are a bit more mellow and with this whole package camping is included ... you really have to go some day (weekend) you only then know the real experience it has to give to you.. and with your reactions .. what makes them so good on the defqon video's is you really and truly enjoy it and that is what i can see and that makes your reactions to this event so enjoyable to watch .

38:15 due to the coronavirus, the festival was not held for 3 years, the last one was in 2019, and now they returned in 2022

absolutely, and i wonder, why he didnt got it allready... even that phoenix theme "rise from the ashes", was choosen because defqon rised from the covid ashes... but i guess it is kind of US-American thing, they sometimes "think" bit different... however, "D" is one of the best reactors to defqon, and i love him for his enjoyment :)

This was the comment I was searching for! Yes please lower the bass frequency, because it's pushing away the rest and makes it a less enjoyable video to listen to. 6 hours is just the first day. The rest of the festival is from 11am to 11pm and then there is a night programm to. So if you up to it you can party 4 days straight 😅. The main event starts at thursday 6pm and ends sunday night at 11pm. Although there will be music and joy till sunrise on monday 😅

Yes the lighting is the same at some points. But you would net even see it. Its just 1 guy doing it live(lasers is 1 guy aswell)

I been backstage once there for a full weekend and the lights need 3 X 380 volts power grid's about 10.000 watts on lights not talking about the audio geer and the pyro technics Think there are no powergrids in the usa that are strong enough that can feed this event for power unless you got the high voltage power they have in disney !!!

Yoo D. It officially starts now in Thursday at 18.00 till 02.00. Then friday till sunday are the full festival days. Starting at 11.00 till 23.00. And then on friday and saturday night there are afterparties which are only available for those with weekend tickets. Its a big terrain and next to the festival are 7 fields dedicated for the weekend warriors (camps)

In 5 weeks 27 june the edtion of defqon 1 2024 starts, till sunday 30 june. on suday starts arround 11 am and stops at 23 pm with the amazing closing ceremony.
