"My Boo" exploded all over in 1996, even in places where bass music was rarely heard. This was a simple yet catchy tune which set a trend for many other songs to come blending bass and R&B together.
update 2013: These days the lead singer Virgo goes by the name Madison Bleu and plans to release new music.
If you're old enough to remember when this song first took off, the artist seemed like a mystery. There were no radio/tv interviews, no pictures in magazines...just a hit song without a face. Here is a super rare performance of them on Teen Summit.
