Ghost Voice Scares Neighbor 

My neighbor was creeping looking out the window. All of the sudden there's an unexplained voice and she jumps. It was not me. I tried later to debunk it by trying to make the same noise and from where I was at the time it's impossible. Could this be linked to what happened the other night? 6/21/16
