This Camden team was one of the best I ever saw from Ga. They beat us in the region championship 19-0. I’ve been looking for the 2003 state championship game between Camden and Valdosta. We beat Valdosta 16-6 that year and shocked the entire state
@@withtheGordons I went to Wayne county. Valdosta was good too. His name was Cedric Hatten #1. I just wish we could’ve played Camden at full strength that year. Game was 7-0 until about midway through the 4th Qtr. Our RB had just came back off an ACL and wasn’t nearly ready and our fullback was out with a broke ankle. RB Chris Byrd was about 6’4 225lbs FB was 5’10 about 240. They played one game together and that was against Valdosta. Messed our whole season up when they got hurt.
