These guys are gonna be lighting up joes like fumbles. The head on the crimson bat actually looks great and rhe other accessories would make it really killer.
As Mike Powers commented, a desert B.A.T. could look good. Something for Dusty to fight. Give it a new hand attachment. A fan to cool down the Cobra troops 😁 Maybe a deep sea B.A.T. with a propulsion back pack, as otherwise it'd sink to the bottom. Perhaps they could tramp along the seabed like the skeletal pirates in Pirates of the Caribbean? They could make a camoed version too. It doesn't matter to me if a figure has been out for a while. I still like to watch other reviewer's vids when they get them.
They should a desert version. Made for high temperature resistance and to do battle against Joes like Dusty. Plus we all know Cobra likes hiding Cobra temples in the desert. 😁
Everyone seems to like that additional head better. I don't see it, looks weird to me, like a generic star wars droid. I love the traditional white head with that uv style paint though. I get why they included the 2nd head based on the reactions.
Mcucollector24, the original release is the best. This release is fantastic! New sculpts, added paint apps , and new accessories. The ability to switch our heads with the Crimson BAT works..off camera strength did not help for the Python switch out😉 desert, underwater, and outer space could be new cool BAT version. Accessories:Soft goods for the desert for infiltration(cape/robe), welders torch or harpoon gun, And grapnel arm to anchor in no atmosphere, great review ✌️
Now I need to order a few more Crimson BATs that black head looked really good on their. I pre ordered 4 Arctic BATs so I could do 2 and 2 with the heads.
Does the chainsaw attachment not peg into the downward facing side hole on the backpack?? Mine falls out as it’s too loose. Great figure but it would have been awesome to have the saw peg in on the figure
@@gregarcher8177show me how simple it is to do it, cause I don’t do much kitbashing/customizing outside of swapping heads. Also curious if the neck pieces that connects to the body is the same now since you brought it up because it might not be.
@@JohnTW23 reading through the comments, someone else said it was different on the bottom of the neck as well. It's easy to do just heat with the hairdryer or dip in boiling water and the neck or whatever part you're removing pops off. They're are tutorial vids on here just type taking apart GI Joe classified figures or something along those lines. I can say for certain the first and PTP bat all parts are interchangeable because I swapped out the boots, holsters, and heads on them. Anyway once you've applied heat they pop right apart.
In all 6 of these that I got the white chest plates (damaged and Cobra) are loose compared to the new one. It seems that all the redecos are making the molds suffer.
Thanks for the review! Maybe head swaps with the original require the neck to be swapped as well? (Experiments should only be run if people have a spare.)
You missed a HUGE problem with this figure. The chainsaw's peg is not built like any of the other accessories and the peg is too small to peg into the backpack. The chainsaw which is missing from the first B.A.T. doesn't even peg into V1 hand peg or the Backpack. Both pegs are too small and the old accessories kind of snap into place while the chainsaw slides in and feels very loose.. The chainsaw can only peg into the side of the back pack as well because of the piece that sticks out around the peg of the chainsaw. Why the backpack is missing accessories and has the most important one I would say that barely fits the figure and doesn't peg into anything else is extremely disappointing to me. See for yourself.
