This cast is Killer!!!! Three of the greatest Korean singers of a generation! I heard the tenor and baritone at Covent Garden and in france and could never figure out why they weren’t embraced by the opera communities over here.

GOOD JOR

The whole piece is a bit hurried. It's as tho they all had a train to catch. A bit of editing here and there too, in fairly vital places. Vocally however very good. The hero, a fine vibrant voice. The minor players good. Especially the sacristan, Tosca - a professional performer gave the role her best. Orchestra, very professional also. The Scarpia a nasty piece of work as he should be- makeup a bit over the top. He was inclined to "shout" a little instead of singing the part. Overall a worthy production.

Unfortunately, the opening chords from the brass sounded like a high school band. Didn't they tune before starting?
