I really like your recipes, and how you never waste fish like i see on other videos. This king recipe is the best ive seen hands down. In fact, every fish you've cooked are mouthwatering to me. Even the hardhead catfish.

Viktor have you tried bleeding the kings right before placing them on ice? The meat gets way better, I have tried bleeding pretty much every specie that I caught and they quality of the meat improves a lot
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE King Fish. I was raised eating it. I would NEVER turn my nose up to King Fish. I love garlic so that crunchy garlic sound REALLY GOOD. Awesome job as usual.🤗
Great Video Guy's! I couldn't Agree More, King's are one of the Most under rated Fish out there! I prefer the one's 15 pounds or less, and if you bleed them as soon as you can, then eat fresh. I promise you it's Crazy GOOD! The Fish Sandwich looks AWESOME. Just got online and found some of that crunchy Garlic. Tight Lines!
My dad won a years' pass to Okaloosa Island Pier back in the 70s so we grew up on Kingfish. Back then there were so many baitfish the water was black for hundreds of yards around the pier!

One of my life long fishing dreams and a shark from the beach would just be incredible. We do a lot of commerical and kingfish charters over here on west coast not saying you’re wrong at all but whenever are kingfish come out flakey and mushy it was because we never iced them good enough if you take that big king from the gaff to an ice brine or pack it in ice it should Be like the little one !! Nice fish!!

@@vxphan2601 I mostly just fish for largemouth and crappie so I'm not using anything big when it comes to hooks. I got a treble hook from a crank bait buried in the web of my hand. The other two hooks where laying flat on my hand but didn't go out the other side. So I had to push it through to cut the barb off. The bad part was the fish was still on the other hook for the first minute flopping around and he had that hook good too. Not my best day fishing and for about a month after that I didn't use anything with a treble hook on it 🤣.
