Happy Easter everyone! In todays video i show you how to make your very own homemade GIANT Cadbury Creme Egg, the classic Easter treat from Cadbury with a sweet creamy filling & a crisp tempered chocolate shell!
Recipe for a 7 inch egg -
Chocolate shell :
4 ounces of dark or milk chocolate
Melting, then cooling to 82f/27c. Then heating until between 88 & 91f/31c & 32c to temper.
Filling:
8 tablespoons icing / powdered sugar
3 - 4 teaspoons water
+ food colouring of your choosing
(Adjusting if necessary)
