This one is one of four 20 footers in bhitarkanika , mahishasur is 7.5 meres and he’s the king of the salties in Bhitarkanika he is definitely one of the worlds biggest but Australia is home to some absolute giants aswell.
The presence of the mighty Saltwater crocodile has its upsides: Wherever the Saltie rules supreme, people needn`t worry about falling prey to the Mugger crocodile.
I’m pretty sure the one in this video is the largest in the world. I know for sure the largest croc in the world that’s known is on this river just not sure if it’s this croc specifically
This one isn't Mahishasur but there exists a croc named Mahishasur whose sliding marks in wet sand were 46 inches wide across the belly. He may be one of the largest crocs on earth.
@@samuraininjarockstar9355 Yes I have heard about kalia in the sunderbans. A real monster. I hope someone could film and meausure him with precisión using telemetry or a drone. I am sure there should be biggest Crocs that lolong
@@tomascastillo4676 in the last 10 years the reports of 6-7 metre Salties have been on a regular basis , when Steve Irwin was studying them in the early 2000s the largest he came across was 17 feet = 5m, but now the Northern Territory has a fair number of 6m individuals, there is a 7m croc in the Roper river and also a 7m croc in Western Australia , I hope they do film the giant from Bhitarkanika though …..
@Pavan Kumar yaar King Cobra ka Khana hi baki tarah ke samp hain Bade Snakes ko Chod ke (Python wagera ko) werna woh toh apni Same Specie king-Cobra tak ko nai Chodta Ladayi main jo jeetta hai woh dosre ko mar deta hai aur kha leta hai...
Well tiger can easily kill a mugger but salt water crocodiles are the largest species of crocodilians in the world it averages about 19-20 feet for a male so it's very big so it will have a higher chance of winning against a tiger mainly in the water it's very hard to defeat a giant like this
@@akashbhadouria6727 The species is called Saltwater crocodile (Crocodylus porosus). The bhitarkanika does not have the mugger crocodile ( who have smaller lesser average sizes ).
@@gauravsharma-gc4cp Bhitarkannika are brackish mangrove forests. Thats what I had mentioned in my comment the crocodike found here is the saltwater crocodile.
Is this Croc over 17 feet?? and also it has been reported in bhitarkanika the largest living Croc has been seen which 23.5 feet tall bigger than lolong who was 21 feet
@@xaxisguy4274 I don't think so in Brazil coal mines they found a 33 foot Anaconda 🙄 And Extinct species like Dinosuchus Purrasurus Sarchosuchus easily reached lenghts of 50 feets
@@jaisanatanrashtra7035 33 feet is not officially verified and there's no specimen preserved. Also 50 feet is an old, outdated estimate. Deinosuchus reached only 9~11 meters according to newer estimates and Purussaurus was close to 10 to possibly 11 meters.
1:45 - I thought you had actually paused the video as you were zooming in, and were going to do like a Friend's sitcom outro, but then I realized the video wasn't paused and that crocs can just sit motionless for months at a time
I simply don’t understand how India has such majestic fauna. Lions, Tigers, Snow Leopards, Elephants, Peacocks, King Cobras, Saltwater Crocs. You name it, they got it. Just amazing for a country so densely populated. Man I gotta plan a trip there 😂
@@AsifAli-od1cf lol i speak for odisha fuk you and the shitty north east. make sure you bend over and give your yankee master a proper north east welcome ...hidden gem..bahahahahahhahahahaha
These are monster Crocs they have the power to kill a tiger easily tiger is no match for saltwater Crocs it is very difficult I don't know how tigers manage to survive in the surdanabns
@@priyeshshrivastava7483 i dont think so i have not heard any thing a tiger killed satwater crocodile on land these are not regular mugger croc these are Big saltwater crocs tiger in will b dead fact
I think in water saltwater crocodiles forsure will destroy a tiger but on land I think tiger would win but if I had to put my money im putting my money on the salt water crocodile there just a killing machine very dangerous and powerful animals
The end it's not very rare for a big male to reach 6m. It's the max normal size for a big 50-60 years old boy. Max size acepted for the saltwater croc is around 7 m, that would be the inusual size. But seems to be several males over 6m out there. If I'm not wrong, average size for a male adult saltwater croc is arround 5 metres. 6m is a extremely rare size for the Nile croc, with Gustave as example.
SIR Lord Henry mortimer You don’t know squat. Lolong was NEVER the largest croc ever found. He was barely 20 feet ( 20 feet and 3 inches ) . Check your facts before you run your mouth.
1:47, only parts of the monster croc body could been seen in this video. Legend has it that, it was so massive, that the remaining body plus its legs streched until the Pakistan border.
On land the Bengal tiger can kill a saltwater crocodile because of it's superior reflexes and power. However, in water there really is no challanger to the saltwater crocodile.
@@chipschannel9494 A tiger is agile enough to get away from a croc death roll on land. Crocs are slower on land and definitely much slower than a tiger. On land, the tiger is the clear winner.
@@doctorjonse5179 Tiger only kills Sub-adult mugger crocodiles not saltwater crocodiles. Mugger crocodiles are much smaller and far less aggressive than saltwater crocodiles. In India tigers don't dare to mess with elephants, rhinos and saltwater crocodiles. In 2011 a saltwater crocodile killed and ate an adult bengal tiger (search on google )
