I headcanon that big pops is just slightly too big for their cabins doors and he needs to put his head down everytime he walks through a door frame. Once he was too tired to notice and his forehead just broke the door frame

I was totally expecting him to slam the door in the priest’s face when big pops said he was gonna do the right thing and then just have the priest yelling in the background for him to open the door as we finish eating

This audio series is curing me of childhood trauma from 30 years ago bruh

God this was beautiful. I'm just imagine us in the cabin cheering on our pops to whoop their butt. He's like a mama bear to us ❤️❤️!!

"Don't make this mistake Achilus, *she's* a monster!" Man, if that don't hit close to home... All in all, this was written and put together quite beautifully. As difficult as it can be for anyone to hear another refer to oneself as less than human, I thought the overlaying of voices (when one would speak while the other muttered under his breath) made it feel a lot more like two people were having a "chat" rather than it being two voice pars that overlap sometimes. Also, something about the Juxtaposition between how sharp his voice is towards the priest/monster hunter vs his child really really makes me happy (seems Small Pops was right, he really is a softie). As I said, awesome job as always, Samwry! I'm super excited to hear what will come next!
