"Pardon my swagger"---lol Its nearly like seeing something from the dinosaur era and living to tell about it. Im not sure the word majestic is even good enough, this is a magnificent animal and were intruding in his world, in his mood looked like it wouldnt take too much to set him off.
Here the elephants have yet to harm a soul. They will chargeable you and break things to get to water but after more than 20 years of being supplied with water here there seems to be some sort of 'elephant agreement' going on. It is quite beautiful to experience.
@@arielsea9087 Since our arrival look at the staggering damage we’ve done. However, take comfort from the fact that if we wipe ourselves out, as it looks increasingly likely at some point in the future, then after a mere 40,000 years there’ll be little trace of our presence left.
Isn’t this from Northern Kenya? Upsetting. Amazing. Concerning.. any sudden stimuli could startle him. Thankfully this guy made past the pachyderm minefield.
Filmed at Elephant Sands in Botswana. The elephants are quite used to the people there. They have adapted incredibly to accept humans in their presence.
@@wild_moment I spent some time in Chobe n.p. way back in 1993. Elephants acted the same way there. Not one would swim over to the Namibian side of the river. Not safe there.
How majestic this being is - forever keep him safe from miscreant poachers, human predators, and THE vile sadistic BLOOD LUSTING cowards -- that is THE BIG GAME HUNTERS.

Even with a lion when u come across it don't look straight into it's eyes just take another direction and don't Scream and don't run, that's how people survive wild animals in Northern Kwa zulu natal when travelling thru game reserves. From South Africa
I had a very close encounter with a massive bull elephant in Kariba Zimbabwe. We were separated by an electric fence. I didn't know that elephants can be so big and majestic! It was grey that one looks brown.
What a moment! On my first safari we had a lodge in Uganda, waking up to massive peace of 💩 next to our front door. Elephant came by at night and thought this would be a warm welcome.
