As someone who owns chickens. They don’t give a f00k. They will quickly eat everything and be content. I had one female who was new to the flock eat her own eggs. Another time I had a flock of them eat another chickens ass, they only eat, cluck and mate. But they mainly eat.
I think they meassuring it. I don't know on the white eggs if they measure it using cup but on the yolks he's counting how many yolks have fallen to the bowl...
