Most monster keepers follow once in a week feeding schedule. But I don't do that. I feed them daily. Reason because I've seen injury marks, biting marks and fin cuts on the tank mates in most monster tanks where the owner feeds only once in week. Once in week feeding is actually right in a way as in the wild or in nature these fishes have to hunt for their food hence they get to eat only once in a week or sometimes even weeks. But in the wild there is enough space for these fishes. Here in captivity there is limited space hence monster fishes tend to attack their mates when they get feeding only one time in a week. Also there is possibility that those monsters might not get enough food at one time so it becomes obvious for them to get aggressive and attack other mates. Conclusion - to avoid all these things I feed them daily. Hope your doubt got cleared.
