That was an impressive shot! Congrats young man. That .243 hunting load, and Corelok shell is what I used all of my deer still hunting life. Never doubted the takedown efficiency of that caliber, and load. I totally enjoy watching young people get into the sport, and watch it all come together for them. I am so happy that the states are offering Youth Hunt days during the deer season. Great video. Be safe, and God Bless!
@@wilpetersheim2688 I absolutely love it. Takes out a lot of blind spots. Also if you like taking videos, it lets in a lot more light than a regular blind
Even when thinking she's down, make sure you teach your kid to kick the rump or poke its eye, watched a fb reel a couple days ago where a kid thought his buck was dead and picked up his head to pose for the video and the deer jumped up and the video cut. My dad knew a guy who thought his deer was dead and it ended up cutting his neck with its foot. (He was alright, but it could have been really bad)
Holy cow. Yeah that’s crazy. Great advice. We actually usually do that but forgot this time. That would not be a good ending to the video. Thanks for watching!!
@ThereWillBeBloodOutdoors sorry, anyways congratulations on your kids' harvest! It's awesome seeing kids learn and get excited 😊 have a great rest of season!
Thank you so much!! we had a great weekend and I was very impressed with his patients and ability to pick out the biggest doe and make a great ethical shot. Thank you for watching!!
@@jasonmausteller2488 sorry for delay. It took me a second to find it. Here is a link to the mono. We love that it has a base we can use in a treestand. Vanguard VEO 2 AM-234TU Shooting Stick, Tri-Stand Base with Ball Joint, Rotating and Removeable U Shaped Yoke , Gray a.co/d/5PRwKV4
You’re making assumptions. We got the name as a spin off to the movie “There Will Be Blood” which is a great oilfield movie. Since my brother and I have both been in the industry for over 15 years that’s the name that stuck. We didn’t know what the channel was going to turn into when we started posting a few videos for friends to watch. But as far as respect for these animals go, I think our videos prove that we have nothing but respect for every animal we hunt. Making ethical shots and eating everything we harvest.
I can see by your ignorant comment that you can neither understand humor or what happens when an animal is killed for food. Yes blood occurs for your grocery store bought meat too. Killing ones own food has nothing to do with whether or not a person respects animals but a nice clean kill sure does.
