the ball hold event rules need to be changed. That hold from Rebecca was ridiculous in my opinion. I understand that if rules aren't specified athletes are free to exploit whatever they can, but at this point she could have just kept the handles on her knees and squat completely, barely even holding the handle in her hands. I know athletes were given the option to have more distance to deadlift but with it have the benefit of having a longer drop distance but there should be some further limitation IMO.
Great livestream. This time I found the mens comp more interesting than the women’s . Perhaps the Dumbell was too heavy for the lighter women to stand a chance of not zeroing . Maybe they could have had 2 weights say 40 & 60? Obviously 1 on heavier would beat any number on the lighter weight.

Much better to run the men's and woman's comp separately, alternating it and not giving exact times to when which starts like Arnold's or rogue does. Give the audience a choice of what to watch.
The women's dumbell was kind of painful to watch for the first half seeing as over half the field zeroed the event. Do you think 60kg is too heavy or do a lot of the women not have an opportunity to train with a 60kg dumbbell to prep for the event?
