Jake might have the best "young" collection out there. He's 26 years old. I don't know anybody else in their 20's with a collection as rare as this. This is museum shit honestly, and he's not even in that old man collecting stage. I love that he loves it.
Would love to see more collections from the late 80s and early 90s when shapes were getting double kicks but not quite to popsicle. All the early Blind, 101 and World Industries decks are so sick.
Jake collects the best era of skateboarding stuff by far. Not that I dont like the late 80s early 90s stuff but the late 90s early 00s stuff is the BEST
I wanted the Reynolds Scream board so f’ing bad back in the day!!! I had the Ellington Gunslinger deck during the summer of 03-good memories! The New Wave boards were pretty cool and they did slide great but they sure did chip easy.
Love all those early Baker boards. I remember the first one I saw with the blue shaggy reynolds graphic when they first started. Anything around the 2000s is probably has best graphics.
it’s insane seeing these old baker decks my uncle actually did the drawings for them and i still have a few OG boards and stuff from back in the day always crazy to me
Hey, I had that Reynold's board with his name in Pink, with Shaffy, the green coupe and the Hollywood sign in the back. I landed my first ever kickflip on it. I still have that deck. It's thrashed, but I still hold onto it.
I remember my new wave board back in the day. It was red and made by flip and it had that peace sign with the thumb across in the US flag design. I haven't managed to find a picture of a deck with that combination since and the guy in the shop said it was somewhat rareish but I never knew if it really was.
Yeah the whole series was like peace signs that where the flag of the rider rite? I rember i had quite a few the canada appleyard, ali, Geoff couldnt skate the penny models usually to skinny.
I had a Toy Machine board that was signed by then whole team from early 2000's and I always had Flip boards..I still have a Flip banner that I purchased from CVS in early 2000..I have old skate stickers on my dad's front door and my old bed room door
Man, the Reynolds Baker boards where he looks like Shaggy are some of my all time favourite graphics. Would pay good money for the one (not shown here) where he’s like wasted with his hands on head and stars are flying around him. Such a good series.
That Ellington board that hes trying to get sober is a take on a world industrys Jeremy klein board in fact the neen Williams board is also a world kliver graphic

The Jeremy Kline Veggie revenge World board with the candy bar attacking the veggies was clearly before his time, but that graphic was so huge, I I actually skated that one.
