Why I subscribed to your channel: your contagious enthusiasm for life in general, and fishing in particular! It's helped me get through some difficult times with cancer I have myself, and losing both my parents to cancer within a month. Keep on keepin' on!

BRUH!!! I have literally had the worst 3 years of my life. I lost 5 of my family to Covid, my mother was in a coma, my dad got kidney cancer and I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. For your next sashimi plate, try adding sliced jalapeños and cilantro on top of the tuna. Then add in sauce (siracha, limon, and soy sauce). Promise it’s the best!

Awesome mate. I live in the boon docks in Japan, and most of the tuna I get is frozen. If it is fresh it is $$$. You might know this but a bit of FYI. The small really fatty belly strips are called Otaro, the next larger belly strips are called chu-taro and the rest is just maguro. The Otaro is real pricy and melts in your mouth. great vid.
