Today is national shortbread day so it was my excuse to finally created the giant twix! I am so proud of how this one turned out! This was so fun and I cannot wait to share more! I really hope you enjoy as much as I did!

Twix Recipe:
Shortbread:
-2 Cups Vegan Butter (Softened)
-1 Cup Sugar
-5 Cups Flour
Mix all ingredients until crumbly. Press into two parchment lined loaf tins (for Giant Twix) or a pan of your choice to make smaller Twix. Bake at 320°F for 12-18 minutes. Allow to cool COMPLETELY before removing or cutting. (Once cooled, slice into desired sized bars for smaller Twix bars) then spread vegan caramel overtop (2 Cups Natural Creamy Peanut Butter and 2 Cups Maple syrup) and freeze at least 1 hour. Coat in chocolate and enjoy!!
