Hello my wonderful, amazing friendos!
Today is national shortbread day so it was my excuse to finally created the giant twix! I am so proud of how this one turned out! This was so fun and I cannot wait to share more! I really hope you enjoy as much as I did!

Twix Recipe:
Shortbread:
-2 Cups Vegan Butter (Softened)
-1 Cup Sugar
-5 Cups Flour
Mix all ingredients until crumbly. Press into two parchment lined loaf tins (for Giant Twix) or a pan of your choice to make smaller Twix. Bake at 320°F for 12-18 minutes. Allow to cool COMPLETELY before removing or cutting. (Once cooled, slice into desired sized bars for smaller Twix bars) then spread vegan caramel overtop (2 Cups Natural Creamy Peanut Butter and 2 Cups Maple syrup) and freeze at least 1 hour. Coat in chocolate and enjoy!!

Hi Cambria 🫶🏼 thank u for blessing us with another amazing video. Your channel is my fav :) Sooo the other day, I baked Marie Callender's Frozen Dutch Apple Pie which is accidentally vegan (found at the frozen aisle at most grocery stores!) topped with Breyer’s vanilla oat milk ice cream on top. It was unreal and sooo frickin yummy 😋. The ice cream got all melty from the gooey and freshly baked apple pie. This combo is one I def recommend for u to try in one of your videos. Hope u have a beautiful day
