Sadly there are many intelligent psychopaths. I would think it requires wisdom which results from the combination of experience and intelligence. In Finland schools focus on instilling empathy in children in the first two years. I like that approach. To me empathy results when the head and the heart communicate in perfect harmony. A staggering percentage of global leaders don’t operate with wisdom, they are guided by the hunger for power and greed. This kind of intelligence is a lop sided affair that only benefits the ruling elite.

Yes, I agree, Palestinians to rule a non survivable/bancrupt state of Palestine might be a nice goal, but seeing current realities I do ask myself if it would not be better to form some kind of common state with Israel. I myself would target the form of rulership where I do expect to have the better live and seeing the fact that many Palestinians do work in Israel a 1 state solution may be better as it excludes all kind of territorial disputes and rather brings Israel in the position to share their success to some extent for peace.
