Gidon Kremer & Elsbeth Moser play "Souvenir" from Ladislav Kupkovič 

Kupkovič was a Slovak composer :-) And the famous case with Kremer took place in Bratislava, on the Bratislava Music Celebrations. I heard about it as a hero sort word-of-mouth during my military service there.
