Some random on some twitch stream challenged me to do it. Apparently it was supposed to be hard or smth. It took like 3 minutes of restarting to get Outis skill 3 turn 1. If i decided to restart more for better start then the run would be cleaner but that's good enough.
Edit: He removed the comment now and changed youtube name from relozo de garu to lulu_gaming lol
