Im so glad that I found this channel. Ive said this before, but the fact that this is told to us like a story book, rather than a recounting is so refreshing. It makes me want to boot up rimworld, record and edit together my own story! Maybe one day, ill be brave enough to create such a thing
Thank you, it means the world to me! You should, it's scary but very fun! There's endless stories that can be told with Rimworld, and I think that's why I keep coming back. I have more video ideas then I'll probably ever get to explore 😅
I absolutely love wonderful RimWorld story telling as it helps adds flavor to the game. Although most of my game play gets stale it's moment when I ask myself what it's like to be them. What's going on in their mind. It's what keeps me playing and trying to give my colonist's a happy ending.
it’s amazing watching how the content is getting better every episode. I also love the story telling. Maybe a rain dance will bless this video in the algorithm (this comment is to boost it in the algorithm)
Yappie, new episode of Less' bizarre adventures!!! Those codec calls :D And our guy got some game. He might not been the one to begin the relationship but he made the big step. Now where's my invitation to the wedding?
Haha, I love the recap! I'm glad someone else really liked the codec calls 😄. Oh don't worry, I'm sure your invitation will arrive eventually. There's a lot of desert for the courier to travel across lol
I feel like these events would only be footnotes in other let's plays but you make me recognise how impactful even just a manhunting zebra can be if you're not the remote player but really put yourself down on the ground into the pawns mind.
Thanks, friend! Yeah, a change in perspective is huge in this game. I could only imagine what it's like to be surviving in the desert, and a crazy gang keeps sending insane people to attack you lol. Maybe now people can appreciate Less' mental toughness a bit more 🤣
I'm sad this is ending so soon. Just found you a few days ago when the first ep popped up in my feed. Also, the codec call,,made me laugh out loud! I really enjoy your content and storytelling.
Thanks, I really appreciate that! I'm glad you found the channel. This last episode is going to be packed with content, so there's still plenty of story to go! Also, the supercut movie will be out sometime after that! 😁 There's many more stories on the way too!
I have really been enjoying this series. You've earned a sub from me today. Keep up the good work. Your stories are engaging and your voice is very soothing. Thank you for the escape. ❤
Thank you, I'm glad you're enjoying it 😊 It's truly humbling to hear that you're able to escape through my videos, that means the world to me! There's plenty of stories on the way, so be sure to let me know what you think of them!
There's a command in Linux called *more* which does print the content of a file in the terminal, and another command called *less* which does the same but has more features. The pun is that "Less is more than more". This series reminds me of it.
Funfact: Humans are very unique hunters as they naturally are neither strong, fast, or stealthy, they were very much endurance hunters, counting on their stamina to make their prey run until it was utterly exhausted.
I am not afraid to admit that i cried a little when the rain came and started refilling the lake! I know that that doesnt happen in vanilla, what mod did you use? I might wanna add it to my list
Hey, I'm honored that it made you feel that way! There's no shame in it! There's no mod that I could find for that. So what I ended up doing was refilling the lake by hand in Dev Mode, one with water square at a time 😁. I just tried to make it look as natural as possible.
@@duncanm9818 Yep, just regular ole' graves lol. I did a timelapse of them with a little water around them, then I removed the graves and filled in the space with water. It was a lot of fun to make.
Hello, I’ve just subscribed to your channel and I just want to say you have awesome videos and I really hope to see more types of rim World Series from you. Thank you for being awesome.
Hey, friend! Welcome to the channel!!!! Thank you, it truly means the world to me. Oh yes, I have a lot of Rimworld series ideas written down. I hope that one day I can make YT a full-time adventure. That way I can churn out all the awesome stories I have lined up. My pesky 9-5 job keeps getting in the way haha.
@@loreharbor happy to be a part of the channel and I have an idea about a store you can do. Maybe you can try to make an Amazon type thing you know an army of women that hates men you know what I mean I think I’ll be a cool series to see, anyways hope you like the idea and glad to be part of the channel
8:00 (I've paused the video to write this. So I don't know what will you do) You've met the Huntsman. I don't know if you know another Rimworld player called Mortal Smurf. If you let the Huntsman live, don't tell him. If you kill him, send him a screenshot. He'll be happy. They have a long history. I believe it's in a video on his channel. Time to unpause and keep watching the beautiful story of Less! 👍🏼
keep up the good work, by the way how about later an rp playthrough about a drug dealer, maybe include the smokeleaf industry to use smoke leaf and products to build the base and finances...you could also maybe include hotel n resturant mods, sell the stuff legit, maybe include a chicken farm for fried chicken from VE cooking just a sillier idea
@@loreharbor can't wait to see, also doing dev mode stuff for the story is fine by me. I think it was a clever idea to include that random event to alter the landscape a bit
@@BrenTenkage Thanks, yeah I love dev mode, even though I barely know how to use it lol. I almost missed out on that event. If you noticed, I accept it in literally the last hour 😅
I ended up just taking a desert map that had a lakebed feature on it, but basically just customized the whole thing anyway. I started by deleting everything (except for Less of course 😄), but I left the stone flooring where the mountains once were. Then, I shaped the existing soft sand and lakebed. Then during the video I added water while in dev mode when the rain started. Let me know if you have anymore questions. Hope that helps!
